Cozy Cubs specializes in personalized bedding products including duvet covers, quilt covers, and pillowcases. All products are:

  • Made to order and customized specifically for each customer
  • Subject to a production time of 3-4 weeks
  • Available in Premium Polyester and 100% Cotton fabric options
  • Printed using eco-friendly, non-toxic inks

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment is required at the time of order placement
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
  • All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments

4. Orders and Production

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received
  • Production begins within 1-3 business days after order placement
  • Custom and personalized orders cannot be modified once production has started

Production Timeframes:

  • Standard production time: 3-4 weeks
  • Cotton production may be subject to seasonal closures (see Shipping Policy)
  • Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control

5. Personalization and Custom Orders

When ordering personalized items:

  • You are responsible for providing accurate personalization details (names, text, photos)
  • Please double-check all spelling and information before submitting your order
  • Cozy Cubs is not responsible for errors in personalization provided by the customer
  • Photos must be high-resolution for best print quality
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders with inappropriate content

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable
  • 100% Cotton items are non-returnable
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on cozycubs.au is owned by Cozy Cubs or our licensors
  • Product designs, images, and descriptions are protected by copyright
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission
  • Customer-provided images remain the property of the customer

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Cozy Cubs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question
  • We are not responsible for color variations due to monitor settings
  • We are not liable for delays in production or shipping beyond our control

10. Product Care and Warranty

  • Products should be cared for according to provided care instructions
  • We warrant that products are free from defects in materials and workmanship
  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
  • Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt

11. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Customer information is kept confidential and secure
  • We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for marketing purposes

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Australia
