DELIVERY TIME FRAME

COTTON PRODUCTION HOLIDAY UPDATE

We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to inform you that our COTTON PRODUCTION will be temporarily closed for a three-week period starting from January 10, 2025. During this time, we will not be processing any COTTON orders.

If you have placed an order before January 10, 2025, your order will be posted as per the schedule. We will also have a break for our polyester orders starting January 20, 2025.

For COTTON orders placed on or after January 10, 2025, they will only be processed after our reopening on January 30, 2025. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMES

  • Polyester Items: Made to order and may take up to 3-4 weeks to be made and delivered to you.
  • 100% Cotton Items: Made to order and may take up to 3-4 weeks to be made and delivered to you.
  • Custom Made Items: Made to order and may take up to 3-4 weeks to be made and delivered to you.

Whilst we endeavor to meet our estimated delivery time frames, there are many factors out of our control, which means you may receive your order later than anticipated.
