Option 1: Remove App via Facebook Settings

  1. Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Navigate to Apps and Websites.
  3. Find Cozy Cubs and click Remove.
  4. Click View Removed Apps to send an automated Meta data deletion request.
